NutriCore Supplements

Health & Wellness — Amazon FBA + Shopify

The Challenge

NutriCore had strong product-market fit but was stuck at $180K/month in Amazon revenue with declining organic rankings, suppressed listings, and a Shopify store generating almost no traffic. Their ad spend was up 40% year-over-year with ROAS falling below 2×.

Our Solution

We rebuilt their entire Amazon catalog architecture — fixing suppressed listings, rewriting all copy with updated keyword strategy, and launching A+ Content across their top 12 SKUs. Simultaneously, we restructured their ad campaigns from the ground up, cutting wasted spend and rebuilding their Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands structure. On Shopify, we launched a Google SEO content program targeting high-intent supplement keywords.

They didn't just manage our account — they rebuilt it. The difference in how our catalog performs now versus 12 months ago is night and day.

Home & Kitchen

Hearth & Home Co.

Home Goods — Amazon + Walmart Marketplace

The Challenge

Hearth & Home was exclusively on Amazon with 47 SKUs and had never expanded to other channels. Inventory forecasting was manual and reactive — they'd stocked out of their top 3 sellers twice in one quarter, costing an estimated $90K in lost revenue. Logistics were handled by a 3PL with no visibility into inbound lead times.

Our Solution

We onboarded them to Walmart Marketplace with a full catalog migration and pricing strategy, adding a second revenue channel within 60 days. We implemented a demand forecasting model tied to their sales velocity and seasonality, and renegotiated their 3PL contract to include real-time inventory visibility and faster inbound processing. Stockout alerts were automated with reorder triggers.

The Walmart launch alone paid for everything. And we haven't stocked out once since they took over our logistics coordination.

Beauty & Personal Care

Lumé Skincare

Beauty & Personal Care — Meta Ads + Amazon + Shopify DTC

The Challenge

Lumé had a loyal customer base and strong reviews but couldn't crack profitable paid acquisition. Their Meta Ads were running at a 1.4× ROAS with a creative set that hadn't been refreshed in 8 months. Amazon was an afterthought — no A+ Content, no Sponsored Brands, and a main image that was losing to competitors on click-through rate.

Our Solution

We launched a full creative refresh for Meta — new lifestyle photography direction, UGC-style ad formats, and a structured testing framework cycling 4–6 new creatives per month. On Amazon, we built out A+ Content and Brand Story modules, redesigned the main image set, and launched a Sponsored Brands video campaign. We also built a post-purchase email flow on Shopify to increase LTV and repeat purchase rate.

Our creative was stale and we knew it but didn't know how to fix it. They came in with a real testing system and the numbers moved fast.

Sporting Goods

TrailForge Outdoor

Sporting Goods — Amazon + Google Shopping + SEO

The Challenge

TrailForge was a mid-size outdoor brand with strong offline distribution but minimal digital presence. Their Amazon account had been managed in-house with no keyword strategy, no advertising, and a catalog of 80+ SKUs with inconsistent titles, bullet points, and images. Google Shopping had never been set up.

Our Solution

We executed a full Amazon catalog overhaul across all 80+ SKUs — standardized titles, keyword-optimized bullets, and a new image set for the top 20 revenue drivers. We launched Amazon PPC from scratch with a structured campaign hierarchy and built out Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns tied to their Shopify store. An SEO content program targeting outdoor gear buying guides was launched in parallel.

We went from basically zero digital presence to $285K a month online in less than a year. That's not something we could have done without a team that actually knows these channels.

Pet Products

PawCraft Co.

Pet Products — Amazon Launch + Multi-Channel Expansion

The Challenge

PawCraft was a brand-new seller with a strong product line but zero marketplace presence. They needed to launch on Amazon from scratch, establish brand registry, and build enough velocity to rank organically within their first 90 days — all while keeping launch ad spend efficient.

Our Solution

We handled the full Amazon launch: brand registry, catalog setup, A+ Content, and a launch PPC strategy designed to build ranking velocity on their top 5 keywords while keeping ACoS under control. After 60 days of Amazon traction, we expanded to Walmart Marketplace and set up Google Shopping. A 3PL partnership was established before launch to ensure FBA inventory was always ahead of demand.

They made launching feel manageable. Every step was planned, every deadline was hit, and we were profitable by month four.
